23 Jumpin is located a 5 minutes walk away from Tai Seng Mrt Station. 

Its is between many other food establishments right under an industrial building, The Commerze Building, and honestly speaking the place was quite ulu, I won't have visited there if my friends didn't suggested to dine there. The shops there were adorned with black tinted doors, therefore you wouldn't be able to see clearly what is inside. It was strange as most cafes, their interior designs are to attract people and for 23 Jumpin, you can barely see what is inside. 

We went in and the cafe wasn't that big at all and the designs are actually quite plain and simple. We went there in the late afternoon around 3:30pm, and there was hardly anyone in the cafe, in fact there were like only 3 groups of people (including my friends and I) dinning in there. 

We took a sit at the outermost table and the stuffs handed each of us a menu we looked through and decided what to order. They offer a full menu with small array of foods from starters, brunch, mains and desserts. We have to go to the counter and order what we want and pay at the same time, I think this is a great idea especially when it is during peak hours this could help to save some time. The food there are actually quite affordable (considerably cafe pricing) and there is no GST and service charge. 

One of my friend and I tried their smoked salmon mentaiko pasta ($13.90) and another friend tried the dory fish and chips ($12.90). The smoked salmon mentaiko pasta was delicious, the amount of metaiko and pasta was perfectly even, every mouthful is just purely satisfying with the mentaiko bursting and melting in your mouth. The smoked salmon was given in a pretty good proportion too and all of the mixture together was perfect. The dory fish and chips were great and the fires too of course, the fries dipped in the sauce was delicious. My friend and I kept stealing her fries to eat. 

And, the cafe provides delivery services through foodpanda, therefore if you are working/staying nearby and lazy to go down order you food through foodpanda.

I will surely comeback to 23 Jumpin for the food again, especially the price was pretty descent. I don't mind eating back the smoked salmon mentaiko pasta, the flavour never gets old.
